Meet Roshni

About Roshni

Roshni is an experienced executive, working across Strategy, Finance, Operations and People functions over the last 18 years. She is a 2x COO with direct experience acquiring companies and taking a company through an exit. Before working at startups, she spent 10 years working on Wall Street, across banking, private equity and strategy.

Roshni’s passion is bringing structured solutions to unstructured problems, particularly in growing and fast-moving orgs to help them scale. As a seasoned operator, she has experience in retaining, building and mentoring teams, being an org connector across teams, and using metrics to inform decision making. Drawing from both her people and finance experience, she is an analytical and empathetic leader and is excited to expand these skills to more growth companies through her work at Regis Pond.

Roshni graduated from the Stern School of Business at NYU, cum laude, with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and is also a CFA Charterholder.

Life outside of Regis Pond

Roshni’s personal life keeps her equally busy. She lives in the East Bay outside of San Francisco with her husband and two children Maddie and Hank. In her free time you can find her traveling to new places, cooking, running, puzzling or absorbed in a book.
